My second time using this company. The staff in Barking are efficient an helpful but also genuine and personable enough: a good start. The space in BY is straightforward to use as well as clean. This one will get my recommendation.
This is a great facility and the staff have been a joy to work with in the time that we have been here. David is a great manager and makes a great cup of coffee

Having moved several times on my own this time it was not possible with a new baby and a tired working husband. Got help with big yellow who reccommended a man with a van and they were absolutely 1st class. A move that took 48 hours on my own took 3 hrs from start to finish. Really efficient and will definatly use them again. They packed everything carefully in van. The self storage guys showed me everything and it was easy to understand, especially as when you move you have a lot of logistics on your mind, and the whole day was not only stress free, it was very enjoyable. Thanks guys.

Nothing too much for this team, friendly approachable and happy to help. I found the customer experience to be excellent and would like to highly recommend anyone of the staff at the store. In particular, I found Dave to be particularly willing to help with a healthy dash of humour to keep things friendly and light hearted. Most importantly, I want to express, that the willingness of the staff to help significantly influenced my decision to take a unit at this store.
The only problem with the location of the Barking store is getting out again at the roundabout.
This is only the 3rd time i've had reason to use Big Yellow but it's still every bit as good as i remembered. I can sum up my experience as follows. Secure, clean, easily accessible, great service and even better price. How many places we can say that about these days.

Amazing staff, very helpful. Offered coffee. Good pieces of equipment, well maintained. Access to rooms are easy & simple. Need some lighting in the rooms on the first floor, but adequate lighting in the hallway.
