I was pleasantly surprised by how polite and friendly the girl who arranged my storage was and have consequently recommended Big Yellow Storage to my friends.

I have found that the service and clean and tidy storage space has made a big difference from my previous experience of storage which consisted of 2 large shipping containers. They leaked, were cold and damp, and were extremly difficult to store goods, mainly because of the long tunnel effect meant that whatever you generally wanted was always at the back of the container.The provision of trolleys, large parking facilities, wc's, makes for a pleasurable experience.

East to use, secure and if you pay in 3-6 months in advance, they give you a whopping big discount. Perfect for ebay businesses, and as they have power sockets inside, you can demonstrate electrical equipment if people are collecting.

I am really impressed by the positive and helpful attitude of the staff. The staff at the barking location understood the demands of me maintaning the unit and payments thereof whilst being outstationed and assisted in every way possible. I commend them for the friendliness and cooperation extended to me over the course of 16 months.

Should be open for longer hours, late evenings & all day during the weekend, as these are the timing that most people want to access the storage

The staff at the Barking store are very helpful and genuinely customer-centric, it is a MUCH better storage venue than both the Bow and Ilford facilities. Nothing is too much trouble for these helpful service people.
