Excellent and very helpful throughout, although check in was very slow. Alison, store manager, was very good and helped save money on a smaller storage unit. Very good customer service.

Very helpful staff. They talked through all the steps and explained how I could access the building and my unit very clearly. They were also very friendly and polite.

It was good experience in that it was quick and straight forward. My only disappointment was that the price I was quoted didn't include all the other charges eg insurance etc.

Big yellow storage facilities are convenient, well maintained, safe and easy to access. When I called earlier in the day I had explained that I was in a bit of a rush and the lady kindly helped me identify the storage size for my needs
