This is only the 3rd time i've had reason to use Big Yellow but it's still every bit as good as i remembered. I can sum up my experience as follows. Secure, clean, easily accessible, great service and even better price. How many places we can say that about these days.

Amazing staff, very helpful. Offered coffee. Good pieces of equipment, well maintained. Access to rooms are easy & simple. Need some lighting in the rooms on the first floor, but adequate lighting in the hallway.
The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and the access is good enough for me. It does exactly what it says on the outside of the building.
I was concerned that it would be expensive to store my valued possesions while I was out of the country for a month. I was very impressed by the low cost and smooth service I received.

Booked in online but did not save properly. Took time to do it once there, which wasted time. Found the trolleys difficult to steer around the corners - needed two people, one to push and one to pull.
Basically I was impressed with the customer service at the Barking branch by the staff team.
