I did all the process with The Fulham store but the day I was meant to move in the Fulham store had to close due to a fire. They called me in the morning and transferred all my details to battersea and from then on Nick contacted me and the process was very smooth. Thank you

The whole process was explained very clearly to me and in a friendly way. No question was too stupid or too much bother. I underestimated the size of the unit that I would need and Nicky went out of her way to find me one that was more suitable and still affordable.
