I was highly impressed and amazed by Nicola Hopkins which nickname is Nicky at BigYellow. The services provided were beyong expectations. Having less than a week to manage everything from abroad, Nicola assisted me and my relatives to handle a big move in no time. Professional, kind, efficient I wish everyone going through such a stressful period could be assisted by such a great person! Polite, pedagogical in the process and thoughtful.
