Very good service Nick and Bradley were great

I was looking for storage space and happened to find you in Battersea. Due to Covid the doors were locked but Bradley came to greet me. He was very professional and explained how it works and what I needed to do.

It was really easy and the process was fast. Nicki and Bradley were really friendly and honestly left me with peace of mind when I decided to join.

My initial enquiry was handled very efficiently. Everyone at Big Yellow Battersea - Nick, Nicky and Bradley - was extremely helpful and friendly and made the entire process as easy as they possibly could.

Everything was simple from the start! It was also lovely to get a call from the store manager, Nick, to make sure I was fully aware of procedures before arriving.
