Nicky at Battersea was brilliant, really clear and really helpful. We decided to change room when we realised we didn’t need as much space and she was very accommodating. Will definitely be recommending you to any mates who need to use storage.

Initial enquiry was through Twitter - my daughter reached out to Big Yellow with a news article about my 94 year old mum who had to be rescued from her flat in Earlsfield due to a fire and she asked if Big Yellow could help with discounted storage to put her belongings in after the fire as we needed somewhere to store things until her place can be sorted out and back to a liveable state. Lydia from Battersea was so helpful on the phone and my daughter was able to secure storage for us effortlessly, both Lydia and Bradley have been so accommodating and have made this process much less painful for us than it could have been!
