It's a good location and has many available sizes. Seems pretty secure as well. Everything going for it but maybe the non-discounted prices are a bit high (student POV).
Fantastic, helpful team. I walked in and Samie provided lots of information on the storage size and boxes and other bits I would need to help my storage transition go smoothly A viewing also provided. On returning with other queries Kiet the Sales Advisor looked at the pictures I provided of stuff to store and helped me translate the measurements. On moving in Ellie constantly checked that I was OK. Thank you guys.
Since first contact I have had a really positive experience with BYSS. Kiet in the Battersea branch is always really helpful and happy which makes a big difference and has made a stressful move easier. Thanks!
Great customer service, friendly and helpful staff, flexible, happy to explain and answer any questions. Storage boxes themselves are a great idea and very simple to use.
All very good.
