Easy to navigate website. Very helpful staff, who answered all questions - namely Samie and Kit.
The manager who checked me in was polite, friendly and efficient - the only comment I would have is that he persistently used my first name which I did not think was necessary. He should have asked if he wanted to use my first name - we are not friends; he had just met me and I think he should have called me Ms Matthews or nothing at all. It is a small point but it was irritating!

The facilities are well organized, clean, and there was immediate availability for the unit that I required. The staff were very kind and extremely helpful, especially both Kiet and Lauren at the Battersea location who operate very professional and courteous people.
Kait was very patient as I couldn't give to him the right measures and he gave me plenty of options to choose. He was always prompt to reply my emails . I felt very confident to leave our jars in the storage.
