Kait was very patient as I couldn't give to him the right measures and he gave me plenty of options to choose. He was always prompt to reply my emails . I felt very confident to leave our jars in the storage.

I found the staff extremely kind, courteous and helpful. Kit, the person I dealt with was very accommodating and was able to answer any queries that i had. The cleanliness of the facility and the willingness to have alight put into the unit I was to use was both thoughtful and caring.

I have used storage for the first time and was stressed all day. But as soon as I walked in to reception I have been aproached by very friendly Kiet and he helped me alot with everything, explained how everything works in there, helped me to take big trolley to the second floor. Helped with locker and paper work. Thank you so much for having brilliant people at the company. Makes everything much easier and comphortable.
The receptionist was extremely helpful friendly and made sure that I had the best option for me. The place was clean and looked very safe.
