Customer reviews for Battersea Self Storage

Very easy. The whole team, Samie, Kiet, and Ellie, were all very knowledgable.

I found the employees very helpful and friendly, namely: Samie, Kiet and Ellie. The whole process was very easy and I was very lucky to get a space on the bottom floor. Also the woman, who's name I can't remember, who set the whole thing us and matched the cheaper price I found was very pleasant to deal with.

Very good score.

The staff were so helpful and accommodating and the building itself was simple to access while still feeling nice and secure

Sammy Kiet and Ellie was very helpful and friendly

Amazing customer service by the Battersea team; Samie, Kiet, and Ellie.

Very friendly and patient

Samie, the guy who served me was great. He was informative and was able to advise me on the best storage plan for what I required.

Kiet was so so helpful and made everything so easy for us moving our stuff in. Would definitely recommend purely based on how helpful Kiet was.

Great customer service
