As a new user of self-storage, I felt a little apprensive and had a lot of questions when I arrived at the store. I was however put completely at ease when I arrived. The man that helped me move in was very friendly and helpful and explained everything very clearly. He even suggested a smaller room and I ended up saving about half the money that I was originally planning on spending. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

A quick note to say we found Chanelle and Jimmy extremely professional and helpful - they went out of their way to help us with exactly what we wanted. The space was clean, and secure and the out of hrs security and access a huge plus. We could not recommend them enough - better than any of the competitors in the area and all done with a smile! Service that sells - absolutely! Thank you.

I was impressed about the service. The only little thing that i didn't like was that they never told me that my storage room reserved was over the head level until I arrived. So my storage room was located on top another one and accessin with heavy objects is quite an effort. About the system, the security and the staff I am satisfied.

We felt that your service was efficient, well-located, and reasonably priced. I had the pleasure of waiting in the business area while our movers unloaded the truck and Roscoe was FANTASTIC! He was enthusiastic, well-mannered, and extremely helpful. He had a rush of people come in at the same time and it was amazing to watch him multi-task while putting a smile on the faces of the grumpy customers. We all kept commenting on how good he was. His exceptional service and ability to keep us entertained (moving is not fun!) made our experience so positive. We will definitely use Yellow Storage again.

Since my initial enquiry and whilst using BYS, I have had continuous great service that is helpful and useful. In particular Paul at Battersa storage has been great and I trust that my belongings are well looked after. Many thanks.

I would like senior management to know that Paul in your Battersea facility is a real asset to your organisation; he was on his own (it appeared) all over the bank holiday weekend and was swamped with customers, I did have to wait a while as there were other new customers he was looking after but his customer service was outstanding, he never seemed hassled and he was the reason I went with Big Yellow even though you are quite a lot more expensive than the first storage facility I visited to get a quote. Closed early on bank holiday, as we were using that day to move all out stuff in it would have been great if open longer Very impressed overall

Really knowledgeable, considerate staff at Battersea. Walked us through the process and left no one waiting around.
