When we requested extra temporary storage before Christmas, we were asked to re-submit all ID, and re-apply for an account, even though we have had an account with BYS for several years. The whole process was very difficult and in the end we took storage with a different, more flexible supplier.
Hi when paying for storage that you need to get too periodically, having it in a location in an urban area that was easy to get too was a big bonus. Security arrangements offered meant that I never worried about my belongings in storage, I could forget about them whilst there, so peace of mind. However I have to say that the thing that most impressed me was the real friendliness of staff and their willingness to help and answer questions. This is why I have used big yellow once in Battersea and also more recently in Richmond. Big Yellow you are lucky to have the staff that i met when using the storage facility at Richmond, Surrey.
We are using this facility to store a staff member's belongings whilst she is working for our office in Manilla - I was very impressed with the use of passwords and codes to access the items which allowed me to manage the moving of her items for her - I found the staff frieindly and accommodating.
