Having been using the Big Yellow on a daily basis for three years I can honestly say you couldn't have better staff. Jackie, Andy and Karen are so accommodating in every fashion from helping out with the use of the forklift, recieving deliveries in our absence, down to the use of their microwave to heat our lunches.
