Not the cheapest, hence 4 stars, but can’t fault the friendly and helpful staff, the secure access and good sized rooms.

We recently booked a storage unit at Beckenham big yellow storage and were served by Jacky. She answered all of our questions, took us to look at various sized units and helped us to decide what size we needed. Jacky was friendly and even involved our 5 year old daughter in the process to stop her from feeling bored. As a result we have booked a unit for 2 months minimum. A 5 star review for Jacky!
