I had an excellent experience at Big Yellow Storage in Beckenham, thanks to Karen. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made what could have been a stressful process completely straightforward.

Jackie was lovely. Gave excellent customer service, took her time to go over everything and her approach was friendly and approachable.

Absolutely fantastic service, Andy and Jackie were kind, thoughtful and helped me understand everything that needed doing.

Management and staff are tremendous and so helpful and polite would recommend to people
