I was eased through the whole process patiently and kindly on arrival and throughout the whole time I was there. I was made very welcome and I felt very at ease with Karen at reception. I would most certainly recommend this site at Elmers End.

The moving company associated with the store were fantastic. No issues no problems well priced. Thank goodness we could TALK to human beings. Not some chat based AI rubbish. Ever step from my initial inquiry, to registration and check in was so easy. Moving was incredibly stressful but the one part that wasn't, was Yellow storage. I even asked to upgrade the day before my move date from 30ft to 40ft and it was no issue at all. They simply transferred everything quickly.
