Mike was brilliant. Talked through everything clearly, broke down the costs on the bill, explained the use of codes / out of hours access, everything. Can’t fault him.

The initial enquiry was handled brillaintly, I enquired online and was called back by Andy straight away who was really helpful. He explained everything as I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed.

My initial visit was in person and looking for advice. Andy was very helpful and patient. On a later date the 2 assistants at Customer Service Hannah and Anthoni (Yes I had to make 2 separate calls!!!) were equally patient and helpful. When I went back to the store, Andy assisted me with the registration (as my mobile couldn't do it!!). He again was so helpful. It's my first time using storage, so I was apprehensive but the staff were so kind to me. I was shown how to use the keypad, shown where the room was and how to use the padlock.
