Satisfied with regular email updates, nice reminder emails to check-in online, very useful to get those reminders. Good communication by staff over the phone, always available and on the ball with what's going on.

We did an enquiry online and the storage unit made contact via email. We then headed to store to speak directly.

The staff and the storage where particular friendly and helpful. Deje especially led to my decision to make Beckenham my location rather than one closer to me. I am very happy and feel safe and supported there.

I thought that my initial enquiry was handled with a high level of professionalism at the Beckenham office by Andy and Deji. Their patience when explaining the process and friendly manner immediately put me at ease. I also wish to commend the way in which Andy guided my sister and I though the process on our moving day. His recommendation for the removal company (who also operated to a high standard) is also to be commended. Overall, I am very happy with the service thus far.

Very easy. Andy who we dealt with was very helpful. Explained everything and helped us when we asked about an extension after closing time 6pm and explained for a small fee we could carry on till 11 pm. This help enormously and took a lot of the stress out of the journey times.
