I found it a pleasure and was explained very well which made my choice so much easier to choose Big Yellow than the other stores I look at and that’s thanks to Deji who I spoke to first and then when I arrived Mike looked after me very well

The online quote form was helpful and easy to use, I liked how it even recommended cheaper prices at nearby storages as an alternative. I got followup calls from the store that helped me clarify any remaining issues and feel like things were in control over these strange and changing times. The check-in process inline was streamlined and straight forward. Finally, at the store I felt welcome and informed and the final invoice was in line with what I expected.

Big Yellow made the process very easy. Deji took me to view the storage room prior to me reserving it. All was clearly explained.

It’s was all very quick and efficient.

The team kept informed throughout the process and helped me with issues out of my control.
