Deji was great - really pleasant and helpful. I was moving and turned up late in the day super-stressed but he made it all very easy.

I made an initial enquiry on line. I then got a very informative telephone call form Mike at the Croydon Road store. When we were ready to start storage we went for a personal chat with Mike who talked us through everything and showed us the size of room we were looking for. The following weekend every detail was explained again and we are happy with both the security and customer service by both Mike & Andy.

From the initial enquiry I found the team to be extremely efficient and so helpful. They made the whole process completely painless and stress free. The booking in was made so easy by Deji and he could not have been more helpful.

Insurance requirement not clear on website Store team were outstanding. Felt like they really enjoyed their job and actually cared!

Very friendly and professional communication. Check in was quick and straight forward. Move in was easy, and covid guidelines were upheld throughout by the staff.

My initial enquiry was dealt with professionally and with great consideration and understanding of how much space I would need for storage. My booking went smoothly policies and procedures were explained and seems very straightforward.

By booking from your website, there was a minimal amount of documentation to sign on the day. It was dealt with well by Mike at Beckenham, so an easier process than expected.
