When I called and reserved it was not made clear that I had to pay a full 8 weeks in advance , however the chap that assisted us in Beckenham took this on board and was extremely helpful.

I have used The Beckenham Big Yello w storage on a previous occasion and can honestly say that I have found staff to be friendly, helpful and very professional in their dealings with me.

I completed most of the booking in on line, just had to check driving licence, sign 3 forms and pay while the deputy store manager explained. All very straight forward, and this is the first time I've used a self storage unit.

Team at Beckenham made it very easy from start to finish. The arrival date fluctuated a lot due to the late arrival of the container from overseas - the team prior to arrival were very understanding. The service on the morning of the arrival was very professional and friendly. Couldn't have asked for more
