Brillant, very friendly service. Offered flexibility in my booking.

I (Lorain) was ringing on behalf of an elderly lady (79) whom I was assisting (Carol). My initial call was dealt with very professionally and very empathetically with the situation Carol found herself in. The operator, whose name I forget, went above and beyond to keep the price down and was exceptional. Thank you! We found the whole experience exceptional from beginning to end. Ben was also very helpful when we arrived at Beckenham. We were impressed!

All is very straightforward and staff are calm and knowledgable. Did not feel pressured in anyway and and all guidance given was helpful. Would of liked the overall cost to be a little less after the eight week intro price as £50 per week is only half what it would be to have continued renting the house that the furniture was in before.

When I called and reserved it was not made clear that I had to pay a full 8 weeks in advance , however the chap that assisted us in Beckenham took this on board and was extremely helpful.
