Initial enquiry process was dealt with very professionally- staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. However, I can not credit Deje (I hope I am spelling this right) enough. He gave me a courtesy call after my visit and sorted out the rest of the process- he truly went above and beyond and is a brilliant representative of your company - if I could give him a score of 100/10 I would! The deciding factor between choosing BYS over a competitor provider round the corner was based on the high level of customer service alone!

Apart from a slight hiccup on not being able to book online at the reduced price I was quoted, everything was efficient and the team at the unit were extremely helpful.

Was helped all the way through the moving in process by Deji he was very helpful and friendly. When your moving home it is stressful and you have so much to think about but this stage was made very easy by his professional and helpful manner.

I spoke with a very friendly lady on the phone about the initial booking and she made me very comfortable about flexibility on dates and size of Room etc. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was friendly. When we checked in the guy was also friendly and helped us with a padlock issue, replacing our one without any issue and without being asked to do so. Super simple, safe, clean and comfortable place to be.
