Great customer service, man on desk v helpful. Rooms ok although I think the contents insurance is a bit high.

First contact on telepone very friendly yet professionally and courteously. Immediately followed up by E-Mail to confirm. The whole procedure of paper work, removal and storage was completed within three days. Brilliant. Thank you - no need to about anything -we did not think it would be that easy and economical! Thank you.

The service Richard provided was fantastic, as he gave me lots of options and guidance. The customer service he provided was also professional and had great knowledge of the storage costs and sizes.

The customer service was excellent, Andy and Mike explained how everything worked, they greeted me well and made me feel welcome.
