wonderful staff - nice clean facilities

I didn't have any problems, reserving on line was straight forward as was checking in online and completing the inventory. This all saved time when I went in store. The staff member printed out my reservation booking and all the documents including the inventory and did instruction which I signed as instructed. Everything was very straightforward and quick. Very good service. I have used big yellow in the past and will always choose big yellow for my storage needs.

Straight forward process and good to be able to do a certain amount of paperwork online in advance

Andy was very helpful at the Elmers End branch. I accidentally booked 2 units one with him and one online and he was straight on the phone. He was really clear with what I needed to do. I work in a leading department store in London and I am always looking at service. Really pleased to say this was great!

Bernardo da silva has provided us great service during all the process from selecting the right self storage in the area till we check in. The only thing I dislike was the customer toilet that I couldn't use it as it wasn't clean enough.
