My wife and i needed storage to store our stuff while renovating our house so my mother in law recommended Big Yellow Beckenham, when we arrived we were met by two amazing and friendly staff in Jacky and Karen. The experience was out of this world as Jacky and Karen were patient with us and talked us through the process with a smile on their faces...we will definitely come back in the future and also highly recommend Big Yellow Beckenham.

Sorry. The 1 star was by accident. I started to review and then got distracted so was accidental swipe. Didn't know I posted until saw your response. Just to be clear, Karen and Jackie provide 5 star service. Always helpful, extremely personable and make me want to keep using Big Yellow. However the Storid app is awkward, not user friendly, and the unfortunately the emergency assistance couldn't help. When you are open the service is top notch but Storid is horrible and should be reviewed.

I had an excellent experience at Big Yellow Beckenham, thanks to Jacky and Karen. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me choose the right storage unit for my needs, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Their outstanding customer service, patience, and genuine willingness to help really stood out. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but it’s the exceptional service from Jacky and Karen that makes this branch so highly recommended. Thank you both for making what could have been a stressful experience so straightforward and pleasant! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️
