very helpful and easy service from bernardo at the beckenham store

The staff where knowledge friendly helpful, their appearance was presentable and professional. The facility including the unit, corridors, lift and general entrance was clean and tidy. The information given at first enquiry and on the day of move in was clear and concise; I fell very happy with the service and security of the big yellow box.

Bernardo at Big Yellow (at Beckenham) went out of his way to be helpful. Even when we changed our mind on the size he was still smiling.

Why, The staff failed to mention the room had no light which I think is important then said I could have one fitted for around 800 GBP Joker I think. Then after I moved my gear in I found the lock clasp almost falling off again not good if I had of known I would have not moved in...

no fuss easy to use

I was very happy with the service and deal. I was disappointed that I would have to pay for extreme out of hours access.

Because I need to wait and see how the service develops. I only put my items in storage yesterday

My experience was a good one , including helpful staff . The only downside was having to settle for a 1st floor storage unit opposed to the preferred ground floor option , and being initially hampered by access to the lift due to it being closing time of 6pm . However , this latter issue was remedied by a very helpful member of staff . John
