Great concept and ideal for storing things short or long term. Perfect for us to tie us over the 8-12 weeks while we clear out our existing house and move to another in a few months. Friendly efficient staff and great online access for information and completing required details. Very happy :-)

The whole experience of moving in couldn't be easier. The only thing I would like to be able to do is to update my inventory online. If it is possible to do it, it is not very clear how to update the inventory.

My average assessment of security in an otherwise positive review arises from the experience of being tailgated into a lift during a busy period. I hasten to add that the tailgaters were bona fide users visiting their storage and perfectly entitled to use the lift, but I did not know, nor had any way of knowing, that. My intention for the future is to always request sole use of a lift, even during a busy period and even if that means waiting.

The staff are really helpful. The security arrangements are in a league of there own. It is very simple to use, with great access. Excellent! Five stars all round!

Had just been going through a terrible few days moving, Big Yellow Beckenham made this part so straight forward and stress free. Easy to use. Worthwhile doing te online check in before moving in.

The staff couldn't be more helpful, but I got caught out by the rule which states you have to know your whole entire inventory BEFORE you move in a single box! I wanted to move stuff in box by box, as I declutter my flat prior to moving in March 12. Still, once we had resolved this, it was easy to move in, the rooms are nice and dry. Another problem is that emails etc don't display properly on the iPhone! How come they have an app, but can't sort out their email???
