The service Richard provided was fantastic, as he gave me lots of options and guidance. The customer service he provided was also professional and had great knowledge of the storage costs and sizes.

I didn't have any problems, reserving on line was straight forward as was checking in online and completing the inventory. This all saved time when I went in store. The staff member printed out my reservation booking and all the documents including the inventory and did instruction which I signed as instructed. Everything was very straightforward and quick. Very good service. I have used big yellow in the past and will always choose big yellow for my storage needs.
