I found the booking facility really easy to follow and book as I have not used storage facilities before. This was followed up by an extremely courteous call with more essential information and instructions. On arrival at the facility, the customer service was impeccable as I was guided through the remaining formalities and shown to my locker. As this proved to be too small, I was effortlessly directed towards the next available options suited to my needs, at an affordable rate. We were also guided through the valuation process and the facility to adjust this accordingly. I’m extremely satisfied with the service so far.
