The initial enquiry was very professional and handled in a good timely manner.

Sam and Syed dealt with my request fairly quickly. The process was explained clearing in regards online checkin and was showed to the storage unit. They were both very helpful, friendly and professional.

Excellent communication from store manager initially and then when I arrived to check in Sam was really helpful.

Syed made it very easy. It only took one call and I'd moved my stuff in within 2 days!

Had a phone call in the morning after I enquired about storage unit the night before online. Spoke to Paul and we arranged for me and my partner to come and have a look at different options as We weren’t sure what storage size we will need. Paul explained everything very clearly, gave us couple of different quotes and said once we know what’s happening with the move just to contact him to get everything booked. The whole process was quick, stress free and Paul made us feel very at ease.

I really can't recommend Paul and Syed enougth for all of their help! I was stressed enough as it was given my whole move but they both took it in there stride and made sure this part was easy! Walked me through everything clearly and I really can't thank them enough! Two top blokes and a credit to big yellow!
