The initial enquiry was very straightforward, as indeed was the follow-up enquiry, - as the salient details had been entered into the enquiry system. Subsequent booking and move into the storage proceeded smoothly.
The team phoned me the same day I made the booking to outline checking in and what time to arrive by on the move in day. It was very straightforward.
Luke at the Birmingham Yellow Storage was very helpful.
Really good staff, friendly, helpful, safe and efficient
I am a returning customer. As always the team was very friendly and professional.
Handled very well. Friendly staff
Your head office staff member was friendly and efficient, and took in my comments regarding the over-enthusiastic marketing techniques of one of your competitors (they called repeatedly - your staff member made a note to avoid calling me if possible!). She talked me through options and costs, and sorted things out quickly. Your site staff were also friendly and efficient, and dealt with me smoothly and quickly, despite the extra limitations of covid precautions.
I had one of the staff (Luke) help me out throughout the process, giving me advice on my situation and booked my storage unit. Excellent
Excellent customer service from start to finish. Luke and Paul were professional, friendly and efficient. I had to increase my storage size on the day and it was all sorted within minutes, totally stress free. They made a stressful time much easier to deal with.
I struggled with online for some reason it threw me out.. But one i spoke to the store ..all went well.
