I was sincerely helped by Paul. He gave me all the necessary information before making a decision. He took all the precaution to safeguard him and me and yet ensure I get the best help possible. The safety in the storage is very good and I am confident my good are in good hands. I would like to say thank you to your frontline team more especially Paul.

Sam and Syed dealt with my request fairly quickly. The process was explained clearing in regards online checkin and was showed to the storage unit. They were both very helpful, friendly and professional.

Excellent communication from store manager initially and then when I arrived to check in Sam was really helpful.
