Good unit Staff helpful when considering if our stuff would actually go in due to end volume. We packed it in the end as we were advised to. Another unit offered at much higher price but we did manage to get our stuff in the unit we had already booked. Many thanks to Sam, Luke and team. I did a quote online and the next day was contacted by Paul on the phone. He was keen to understand what I needed and helped advise next steps. He also offered me a significantly better deal. On accepting the quote, Paul was great in assisting me complete the check-in, paperwork and the initial move in. Paul could not have been more helpful or made this process any easier. Paul genuinely provided me some of the best customer service I've experienced to date. So a big thanks to Paul for all of this.
Staff I spoke to on the phone were helpful, listened to what I wanted, answered my questions, and all the time in a friendly professional manner. When we visited the storage depot, Sam and Paul were brilliant.
