The whole experience from start to finish was so smooth and simple.

Outstanding support from staff.

The whole process of getting a self storage room was easy from start to finish. Reserving a room, checking in online, filling in the insurance inventory, upgrading to a bigger room on the day, and even when I forgot to check out, I was able to ring up and Ollie took care of everything. It was all so much easier than I expected.

Friendly staff, overly helpful

The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and didn't mind helping us find another room more suitable for our goods. Nothing was too much trouble for him
