Everything was straightforward and reassuringly professional and very friendly and unpressured from the first moment I asked for a qoute on the phone. Spoke with a man who was extremely friendly and accomadating and his proffessional but friendly and helpful manner ensured that I continued with bigyellow. At check in Sam was very helpful, thorough and friendly. She went to lengths to ensure i had the right service and that I knew all the information I needed. I was reassured and delighted with the check in process and facilities and Sam made it all a very clear and pleasant experience.

The customer service I received from Oli was very good, he helped me find the best possible size for my items to be stored and explained the way big yellow storage works in great detail

The whole process was easy, informative, helpful and friendly from the girl at head office who phoned after the online quote and took the reservation to the store managers telephone call and in particular the sales advisor Oliver Bennett. He made us welcome at the store and booked us in without fuss or delay and was so helpful. Oliver explained and guided us through the process at the store, he was calming and confident, an oasis in our stressful day! We were surprised at how bright, roomy and airy the warehouse is, we certainly felt that our belongings would be safe and secure. Plenty of room for unloading and it was fantastic having the trolleys handy to load all the stuff on. An overall pleasant experience!
