Very friendly and efficient service at reception. Clear guidance given on how to use the facility and other services it could offer. My only critique of big yellow is the cost of insurance, which I purchased elsewhere due to this.

The whole process of getting a self storage room was easy from start to finish. Reserving a room, checking in online, filling in the insurance inventory, upgrading to a bigger room on the day, and even when I forgot to check out, I was able to ring up and Ollie took care of everything. It was all so much easier than I expected.
