Just wanted to say thank you for making what was looking like a hassle to arrange, so easy! Received great service right from speaking to Customer Services through to dealing with the Birmingham Team. A big thank you also to the Acrewood Removal Company too, who Big Yellow recommended to use.

The customer service I received at the Birmingham, Nechelles branch was extremely good, very friendly and helpful. It made what could have been a stressful experience into a comfortable and easy one.

When I called to enquire on prices I was not informed that I would need to bring 2 forms of identification should I wish to proceed

The staff are really helpful and friendly, nothing is a problem. They really made me feel like my stuff is in safe hands, the place is safe and well looked after. For my first time using self storage, they really made me feel at ease, about my belongings. 5 Star rating.

Good, clean and dry rooms. Very positive and friendly staff. Very fair price. Access a bit limited, 24hr would be better.

I cannot praise the service from Big Yellow Storage enough. The service i have received was second to none. The whole place is very clean and simple to use and you do feel that you are important to the company as a valued customer. The storage is very secure, i had no hesitation in storing with them, and will do so again. The manager Luke was very friendly and so helpful, there is simply no better storage anyware else, try them out, you will not be disappointed!

Very easy, and helpful staff. Very clean and bright. Only bad point, could possibly have a late night opening as most people work till 6. But I'd definatley use Big Yellow again.

I moved to Big Yellow Birmingham Central Store from another store after my contarct expired. I had a really great quote from that location. Big Yellow matched the price and made my move a very comfortable one.
