I've used storage services before, but big yellow has the best customer service and seems to be the most organised. My only gripe is that it's not 24/7 access and there's a premium to pay if u want 24/7 access. I don't know any other storage place that charge extra to get round the clock access.
Allow time for check in it takes a while even if you have gone online first. lovely and clean with well lit corridors.
Used big yellow to store contents of house while it was renovated. Staff were friendly and gave excellent levels of customer service, arranged late access at short notice when stuck in traffic with van load of furniture. Would definitely use in future

1st time that I have used self service and I am very impressed with Big Yellow storage. When I checked in Samantha on reception was very helpful, especially as my hired help was so so slow! Easy to access and clean storage space with only 1 pass code to remember for access, so no need to remember loads of codes or passwords.
recomend big yellow with pleasure not knowing which way to turn,when asked to store some furniture at very short notice,fearing the worst contacted big yellow found,staff service price right on the money up front notthing hidden,first class service even down to the recomended remover,easy quick and very helpfull.
I had reserved a unit at another storage place and changed my mind at the last minute. I'm very glad I did too! Big Yellow is very accessible, clean and the units are exactly what's needed for self storage. Really impressed and would certainly use them again if ever I needed to.
