When I called to enquire on prices I was not informed that I would need to bring 2 forms of identification should I wish to proceed

The staff are really helpful and friendly, nothing is a problem. They really made me feel like my stuff is in safe hands, the place is safe and well looked after. For my first time using self storage, they really made me feel at ease, about my belongings. 5 Star rating.

Good, clean and dry rooms. Very positive and friendly staff. Very fair price. Access a bit limited, 24hr would be better.

I cannot praise the service from Big Yellow Storage enough. The service i have received was second to none. The whole place is very clean and simple to use and you do feel that you are important to the company as a valued customer. The storage is very secure, i had no hesitation in storing with them, and will do so again. The manager Luke was very friendly and so helpful, there is simply no better storage anyware else, try them out, you will not be disappointed!

Very easy, and helpful staff. Very clean and bright. Only bad point, could possibly have a late night opening as most people work till 6. But I'd definatley use Big Yellow again.

I moved to Big Yellow Birmingham Central Store from another store after my contarct expired. I had a really great quote from that location. Big Yellow matched the price and made my move a very comfortable one.

Wanting to go to the Birmingham NIA for the BMX World Championships and with a party to run the day after in Nottingham we had to find somewhere safe and convenient to leave our equipment. Booked online, pitched up with our stuff, put it in the room. No fuss, no worry, job done!

I was moving house but had a 2 week gap betweeen moving out of the old place and into the new. Found them online & they couldn't have been anymore helpful. The whole process was explained without the aggressive sales pitch I had received from other storage companies. I wasn't sure what to expect but the facilities were excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful. i would definitely recommend Big Yellow Storage to any one in a similar situation.
