Very please with Irfan who was very pleasant
Very good service; however, lack of clarity/transparency regarding insurance.
Very good, efficient, seems secure and people were very helpful over the phone and the guy at the desk, Ayab, was helpful and clear in person.
Had a very good and friendly experience on our first visit to choose the room size and location. Not excellent one on check-in day, the guy was not very helpful and a bit fussy about paperwork (actual rental contract was issued more than a year ago... Obviously, I wouldn't rent a storage for my belongings otherwise!) and paying for a locker should have been avoid if we were told before (£13 extra...)
Staff was very helpful, he also took his time to explain the company's policy.
Irfan was most charming and helpful on my arrival. He made it all very simple and easy.
Whilst being shown to my storage room - there were two guys wondering around - they stopped and asked the member of staff who was with me - saying that they were looking for something - but only had a name - no other details - certainly not very secure !! Surely people should be vetted before gaining access. It was quite disturbing and the place is quite creepy!! There were two other people being seen whilst I was there and they both had complaints!!
The staff was so helpful and the service was very good,. I will recommend the company to a friend.
I rented a room from this crowd for a couple of months, in order to make it easier for me to move my stuff I paid extra for out of hours access. when I managed to get the time to start moving my stuff it was a couple of days later, at 6 am having spent two hours loading up the car , I was very upset to find that someone from the store had put their own lock on my locker, stopping me from using it. this is not what I paid for, I was forced to leave my car full of my personal items walk home and return at 9am when the staff were there. I received no apology , and in fact they were down right rude, I told them they needed retraining in customer service, and they said I should read the contract. contract or not they should not have denied me access to my storage, their mistake not mine, unfortunately I have paid up for the period I need the storage for, you can be assured I will not stay a minute longer and will not deal with this company again, plus I shall discourage anyone I know from giving them a penny. treat your customers properly or they walk......
