Broken lift, lights didn't work, annoying additional charges (why charge for a lock?!}

Staff really helpful and explained everything clearly and showed me around

When I booked the storage unit Wasn't clear that insurance was not included in the cost and wasn't clear that I would have to provide my own padlock I felt that these costs were hidden from me which left me disappointed with the service

Front of house was excellent. Gizma was clear and detailed and helpful in explaining the contract and showing me around.

I have only had the unit for 1 day so not sufficient time to give a higher score.

Location suited me perfectly,nice access time to storage Personal was very friendly and helpfull. Price is very fair size what you get.
