I feel the attitude of the staff is very poor, and needs addressing! I don't think i would use Big Yellow again!

I had such a good experience putting my things into storage in Bow with Yellow Bow. Moving house is stressful enough but the staff at BYB were so friendly and relaxed and thorough and efficient it was almost fun! They also offered me a cup of tea which was very kind. I would certainly recommend BYB and have done already. I think their customer service was extraordinary (this is the first review I have ever written but I was so grateful that I thought I would make an exception for an exceptional company)

I'm pleased with this service. This security seems very well thought out and is user friendly. Staff have been very helpful. Check in was a pain so get it all done online first to save time and money (if you have removal men). My only real gripe are the opening hours during the week (8am-6pm). You can get out of hours access, but this costs more. On the one hand this is clever because it restricts access so more secure, but is a pain.

The girl on reception was so lovely and helpful we couldn't have asked for a better service. She explained the security system very clearly and we found the whole storage area very clean and we came away knowing our goods were in a safe and secure place. Thank you for all the help we were given by your staff.

Moving house is a stressful business so when we arrived at Yellow Storage we were pleased to find that there were no annoying extra costs then had previously been quoted to us. The trolleys they provide make life easy and the person at reception was extremely helpful. V secure location means you dnt worry about your belongings at all

Clean, convenient and secure storage; staff were professional, and very friendly and helpful. I've used Big Yellow before and I find the out-of-hours access option is especially useful since it gets quite busy during normal working hours and I had to wait for a loading bay and trolley to be free. But out-of-hours access it's quiet and you don't feel pressured to get to the storage unit by any particular time

I was impressed with the greeting and the thorough explanation of all aspects of the site and the explanation of the administrative process. Service was efficient but with a friendly approach and the staff made sure that I was clear on entry & alarm features.

Service made very simple even though I showed up late in the day with very little completed online. Efficient and very secure
