The attitude, efficiency and friendliness of staff was outstanding. Everything was very clearly explained and made the whole process of moving house almost a pleasure. Fantastic!

Hi, I have used the Bow storage since 2007. Steve Lawrence is providing good leadership to his team and this is seen in the proprietary attitude of his staff memebers. I remain happy to use this facility and will recommend it any day. GS Akinbode

I have used Big Yellow storage on and off since 2003 and although I have used other storage companies as well - I have always returned to Big Yellow for a superior service. I am about to book storage once again with Big Yellow.

I had my school and university things to store - I needed to have easy access - to my stuff, London and Heathrow; Big Yellow Slough could not have been easier to organise, easy account opening, smart security, easy account closing and deposit refund, really friendly and helpful people, no hassle; thank you!

The last time that I visited my store, after some 12 months away, I found the place less clean and tidy than it used to be. Same applied to the toilet areas. Must keep up the high standard to win 5 stars. Also, customers should not have to pay extra to visit their store on weekends and out of hours.

The member of staff who answered my call was really helpfull answered all my questions and even recommeded a removal company. 10/10 for customer service!

After an unsatisfactory experience with a competitor storage company - I chose to use Big Yellow in Bow as it was near where I lived. The security features and high standard of storage space were ideal for what I wanted.

BigYellow offers a plug-and-play service of storing excess baggage, belongings of any sort whilst being between houses, for as long as one wants, in a pay as you go mode. Invoices are being sent electorinically and notifications regarding renewal as well. Staff at the Bow store are very helpful, although they could do with some help during the busy times of the day.

The account opening process was a little difficult. I was asked for ID and proof of address but not told that the documents had to be dated within the last 2/3 months, which caused problems. I found the facilities quite good. Lots of trolleys were available and areas were well lit. The staff were usually quite pleasant and approachable whenever I had to go back to the storage unit. Leaving the area after closing could be difficult as another code was used to open the entry/exit gate.
