Staff over the phone and subsequently Poppy in the Bow storage location was really helpful with the check-in. I hadn't realized we would need late access as we were moving in on a Sunday and we also needed to change the size of the room we booked upon arrival so she was really helpful and accommodating and made the process very smooth!

Made the move feel so much less stressful, very reassuring, and offered advice where necessary. Very friendly and made the process so easy!
