Staff over the phone and subsequently Poppy in the Bow storage location was really helpful with the check-in. I hadn't realized we would need late access as we were moving in on a Sunday and we also needed to change the size of the room we booked upon arrival so she was really helpful and accommodating and made the process very smooth!

Made the move feel so much less stressful, very reassuring, and offered advice where necessary. Very friendly and made the process so easy!

Chris was incredibly polite and professional. he explained us everything in details and was very clear. Based on the experience we've had with Chris i would definitely recommend your services to my friends

The man who helped me I think his name was mike, Was so helpful - showed me the space helped me messured the space to make sure my kit will fit - he was also a very nice polite person to deal with.
