Location is very convenient, storage facilities super clean and easy to access and navigate, the discount on the first 4 weeks is amazing value for money. Overall great experience, but what made my day is the impeccable customer service of Mike. He’s an actual ray of sunshine, me and my partner were extremely tired and perhaps a bit distracted, but Mike went above and beyond to show us three different options, walk us through them patiently, we reached the conclusion we need a bigger space; abd he changed our booking so quick, explained everything to us so we can use your facilities super efficiently, and has the best personality and genuine care for the customer. Absolute gem, if everyone working in a customer facing role had half of his attitude and approach this world would be a happier place. Thank you, Mike for being such a genuinely nice person and for all your help!

Location is close to my house - walkable distance. The Bow depot had great reviews and the customer service both on the phone and in person was excellent.
