Great experience with staff and explaining safety procedures

Jag, our point of contact, was so helpful, kind and clear with his expectation. We had a very personal experience and felt supported, safe and respected in our day - which otherwise could have been quite emotionally fraught as it was a flat move.

Exceptional service! Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, assisting me with the check-in process for my storage space. They also provided helpful advice on selecting the right size that perfectly suited my needs and explained all the details with clarity.

Jags was incredibly welcoming and helpful, he explained everything very clearly, made sure I understood all elements of the policy and went over things when necessary.
