Staff were really friendly and eased me into the system. Particular thanks to Chris and Josh. I appreciate the flexibility of the storage system which allowed me to add or remove things at my leisure. Security was also great.

Check-in pretty slick and not too time consuming. Great that you're shown your booked size of unit first and then can change it if not quite right, as we did to a slightly smaller unit.

Exceptional service! Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, assisting me with the check-in process for my storage space. They also provided helpful advice on selecting the right size that perfectly suited my needs and explained all the details with clarity.
