I was very impressed by the staff,who gave me full explanation to insurance of stored contents and how to access the storage area. 10 MIKE was the staff name.
Initial enquiry was handled brilliantly - Team phoned to discuss options and costs. Online check in was Great.
Store team were initially fantastic. The guy I spoke to on the phone (sounded like he had a slight South African accent) was slightly condescending and rude when I explain I didn’t have a code to get out the building after I had entered without one. He said “this is why we tell people not to tailgate” firstly not one person told me that and secondly I drove through an open gate not realising I needed a code. Easy mistake to make. The in store staff were very friendly, professional, helpful and polite. The made everything clear and were very informative. 10/10. Thanks!

Was really easy to set up online and go into the office with everything already ready - I booked it really last minute. Chris was so helpful while we was there and made the process really easy and stress free.

The whole process was made more complicated than it needed to be. The staff tell you to check in online before you arrive, and you do all that and provide all of the information and ID etc, but then when you get to the store they make you check in in the store and provide all of the same information again that you already uploaded online. It is a waste of time doing the exact same stuff twice. Either do online checkin or in store, don't make people do it twice.
