Without having to ask, Katie showed us the unit based on the requirements we gave and provided us with a lot of info upfront making it very easy to understand the process and move forward with the booking. On move-in day, Chris was also very helpful and took the time to ensure everything was in place for a smooth check-in.

My experience was handled very professionally and friendly from the filling in online through phone contact and all the way to Chris' checking me in in store. Chris was excellent, friendly, efficient, patient and helpful.
