I reserved my unit online and the process was very smooth, the website is really user friendly and intuitive. When I arrived to the store to move my stuff in, Poppy talked me through the process and explained how everything worked

The team at Wapping we’re great but sadly due to COVID-19 the store closed at short notice. However, I was delighted that the team at Bow saved the day. Both poppy and Chris were professional, polite, courteous but most importantly friendly and did everything with a smile. I will be recommending them to my friends and colleagues.

I was lucky enough to be advised by Chris on my move in day. He was very professional and extremely helpful in showing me around and finding a suitable storage locker. Since I didn’t have much time, it was appreciated that he handled everything not only in a very professional manner but he was further straight to the point and efficient!
