Was fine, poppy was very helpful when we moved in.

The booking process was very easy and the online check in pretty straight forward. I found it a bit confusing and unrealistic when it asks you list every item you are storing. It could be clearer that you can be more generic when describing the contents of the storage unit.

Incredibly helpful staff, particularly Kai, who served us. I wouldn't normally complete these questionnaires, but am doing so because he was so particularly helpful and friendly. And one of his colleagues offered us a cup of tea!
