It was straight forward and the customer service has been prompt and fairly easy to understand. On the move in day it was explained clearly, however as we had previously been quoted for a price match, when we went to view a bigger space on the day it was unclear on the price differences. However we ended up sticking with what we had originally quoted and this was fine.

Mr. Ayub was very helpful when I came in to sign the contract. He showed me around, explained everything in detail a few times and what could have been a very stressful experience, was in fact seamless and even amusing - he is v funny. I find it's a great asset to have been looked after by someone who is so genuinely friendly and welcoming and I'm very grateful for that.

We are doing renovations so we didn’t have an exact date to move our stuff in yet it was very easy dealing with staff over the phone to move and rearrange this so I didn’t lose my reservation

Excellent! no complaints. Although i wasn't sure if the storage was big enough. I was not pressured into still booking it. Instead I was shown a bigger storage unit, which i was happy with.

Everything was handled really well. My initial inquiry was through the live chat on the website with Becca. She was great in answering all my questions and helping me to book the storage space. The moving in process was also great and the guy who helped at reception was friendly and made sure everything worked. When I came back in the evening to move stuff in, my after hours code wasn't working, but I called the number on the card I was given and the lovely lady on the other end had everything fixed in a couple of minutes.
